What are the most popular spots for picnics?

Can I choose the location for my picnic?

Absolutely! You can select any outdoor or indoor location of your choice. Whether it's a local park, a beach, a garden, a house or backyard, or any picturesque spot you love, we encourage you to pick a place that complements the experience you envision.

How long will the picnic take?

The picnic duration can vary based on several factors, including the occasion, location, preferences, number of participants, and planned activities. For a casual picnic where people gather to relax, eat, and enjoy the outdoors, the duration could be around 2 to 3 hours. Keep in mind that while these are general guidelines, the actual duration will depend on the participants' preferences and the specific plans you may have for the picnic. You can also buy additional hours for your picnic.

What is included in a Picnic and Love package?

Each Picnic setup includes a range of items to suit your needs. You'll receive picnic tables, rugs and cushions for seating, stylish tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses), thematic décor to enhance the ambience, and options for add-ons like catering, flowers, photographer, musicians such as a violinist and trumpet player, and DJs who can set the perfect mood for any occasion. We also offer games and entertainment to make your picnic truly special, such as clowns, magicians, and face painters.

Can I customize the picnic to my preferences?

Absolutely! We believe in the power of personalization. Mix and match items from our decor range to create a picnic that resonates with your style and preferences. Whether it's a romantic date, a family outing, or a celebration with friends, you can tailor your picnic experience to make it uniquely yours.

How can I book a picnic experience?

Booking is quick and convenient. Visit our website, Instagram or Facebook to choose your preferred style. Select your location, date, and the items you'd like to include in your picnic package. Once you've selected, you pay a deposit of AU$ 100 to secure your preferred date after we quote you, and you're all set after paying 50% of the total price.

Can I do it myself? How do you pick up and return the picnic items?

We have the option of DIY do-it-yourself. If you pick up the items yourself, you can pick them up and drop them off at Kingsford. Returning the items washed and cleaned. If you opted for delivery and pick up, we'll charge extra for a driver and extra for cleaning up and washing up everything afterwards.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our picnic services. Using the services provided on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Rainy Day Policy

In the event of rain or inclement weather, we have a rainy day policy in place to ensure the success of your event. This policy may include the following options:

a. Rescheduling:

We can work with you to find an alternative date or time for your event based on availability.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduled events, and any payments made for the original event will be credited towards the rescheduled date.

b. Indoor Backup Plan:

We can set the picnic experience to ensure comfort and enjoyment if you can access an indoor space.
Additional charges may apply for indoor setups, and any payments made for the original event will be credited towards the indoor arrangement.

c. Voucher:

If rescheduling or alternative arrangements are not possible or preferred, we can offer a voucher towards a future event.
Vouchers will be valid for a specified period and can be used for future event bookings. Any price differences for the new event will be payable or refundable, as applicable.
Refunds: Will not be issued on the grounds of wet weather due to dates being held, thus denying other bookings.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability, and to secure your date, you must pay a deposit of AUD$100. This deposit is both a reservation fee and a security bond, ensuring proper equipment use and care.
After the event, and in the absence of any damages or if it requires an additional cleaning due to excessive, we will refund the deposit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're excited to help you create memorable moments.
To confirm your booking, make a 50% deposit after all the decisions are made.
The remaining 50% of the payment must be made one week before your event.
We accept payments through bank transfer.
Bank transfer details information will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Additional charges for rainy day options, as outlined in the Rainy Day Policy, will be due at the time of selection.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your event upon a written notice within fifteen days. Picnic and Love will hold the deposit and offer a 100% credit voucher.
